In order to attend the conference the conference of ICMT 2023, at least one author of each paper must complete the registration.  Each registration entitles only one person to attend the conference. Author registration fee must be paid before the registration deadline; otherwise your paper will not be included in the confernece proceedings.

Registration Note:

• One regular registration can cover a paper within Five pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
• For publication, each paper must be paid by one of the authors for inclusion in the conference proceedings. At least one author of a paper should pay a full registration fee. Each additional paper may be included in the conference proceedings for an additional fee.
• Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and it'll be published in the conference proceedings. Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.
• At least one author of each accepted paper needs to register with an author registration. Student Rate is only for students who is the first author and student' ID card copy should be attached for registration.
• The additional paper price is only applied for the registered author who is the first author in both papers.

Camera-ready Guidelines for Authors

1. Check carefully your submission information in the Camera Ready. The information will be used to automatically generate the table of contents of the proceedings, the author's index, the book of abstracts and the final program of the conference.
2. You must also upload files to finish the registration process:

• Formated final paper;
  A proof of the payment of your registration fee;
  Letter from the student's institution with a college or University letterhead, stating that the student is pursuing a degree in the University (if your registration is "student rate").

*The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
*Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well

Refund Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
